Apartment Style Accommodation (March 01, 2025 through August 10, 2025)

$55.00 per night per person for double occupancy and $60.00 per night per person for single occupancy from spring to summer 2025. Rate includes weekday breakfast and weekend brunch in the dining hall or other dining locations. (During the month of May, breakfast/brunch may not be available daily.)


Traditional Style Accommodation (March 01, 2025 through August 10, 2025)

$50.00 per night per person for double occupancy and $55.00 per night per person for single occupancy from spring to summer 2025. Rate includes weekday breakfast and weekend brunch in the dining hall or other dining locations. (During the month of May, breakfast/brunch may not be available daily.)
 
There is a 21-night stay minimum to be considered for intern housing. Requests for later stays will be considered on a case by case basis.

Residence hall information for summer intern housing 2025 will be updated once available. People who check-out after August 10 may have to live in temporary accommodations.

The following pertain to all rooms

  • Subject to D.C. tax of 15.95%
  • Twenty-one (21) consecutive nights stay required
  • Rooms/prices do not include linens. Linen pack rental is available for $75 for the entire stay. Linen pack includes a pillow, blanket, two top sheets, pillowcase and towels.

A 3% processing fee will be applied to the total charges.

How to Register and Submit Request

Intern housing is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
You will be asked to create an IRIS account before registering or submitting request for intern housing. In order for your reservation to be confirmed, you must pay the amount owed at the end of registration. 

Should you prefer to provide credit card information for payment over the phone, after you filling out the required information in your IRIS account and reaching the page for online payment, save the page. Then contact our office at 202-319-5291 or 202-319-5200 at a convenient time of yours to pay and get your request confirmed. Your reservation is not confirmed until payment is made.
