Summer Intern Housing 2021
COVID testing/vaccine requirements:
Please note that you will be asked to submit proof of a negative COVID-19 test done within 3-5 days prior to your arrival date. An email reminder will be sent to you during the first week of May and will include further instructions on how to submit the proof.
You will be required to submit another proof of a negative COVID-19 test done within 3-5 days after check-in.
Please limit activity to the primary purpose of your visit (e.g. performing an internship or attending a conference) until your second COVID test.
Rules regarding vaccinated people and their testing requirements have not yet been made official by the city. If they are, we will post updated information and email everyone who has registered.
As of now, we are still moving forward with our intern housing program and do not expect that to change. But we also cannot predict the course of the pandemic or how the District of Columbia will respond to it.
If the University cancels your housing because we are prevented from offering it due to COVID, you will receive a full, 100% refund.
If you must cancel your reservation due to COVID circumstances, the normal cancellation policy will not apply and instead you will be given a full, 100% refund. Cancellations for other reasons will still be held to our normal cancellation policy. Please submit your cancelation request via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Traditional Style Accommodation
- Single occupancy room at $42.00 per night per person
The following pertain to all rooms
- Subject to D.C. tax of 14.95%
- Thirty (30) consecutive nights stay required
- Rooms/prices do not include linens. Linen pack rental is available for $60 for the entire stay. Linen pack includes a pillow, blanket, two top sheets, pillowcase and towels.

Intern housing is available on a first-come, first-serve basis this year. Please reach out to our office via email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions regarding the intern housing options.
Please note, in order for your reservation to be confirmed, you must pay the amount owed at the end of registration.
