Summer Intern Housing 2023 will be available from Sunday, May 14 to Sunday, August 6, 2023. Please register online here.
If the University cancels your housing because we are prevented from offering it due to COVID, you will receive a full, 100% refund.
If you must cancel your reservation due to COVID circumstances, the normal cancellation policy will not apply and instead, you will be given a full, 100% refund. Cancellations for other reasons will still be held to our normal cancellation policy. Please submit your cancellation request via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Traditional Style Accommodation
$54.00 per night per person for single occupancy and $50.00 per night per person for double occupancy.
Rates include weekday breakfast from 7:00am and weekend brunch from 10:00am in the dining hall.
There is a 21-night stay minimum to be considered for intern housing. Requests for later stays will be considered on a case by case basis.
During summer 2023, Gibbons, Caldwell, and Seton are the three primay halls in the residential area of campus we use for intern housing and we may use one Centennail Village hall as well. People who check-in before May 14 may have to live in temporary accommodations before moving to their permanent assignment. The same holds true for people who stay past August 6th.

The following pertain to all rooms
- Subject to D.C. tax of 14.95%
- Twenty-one (21) consecutive nights stay required
- Rooms/prices do not include linens. Linen pack rental is available for $75 for the entire stay. Linen pack includes a pillow, blanket, two top sheets, pillowcase and towels.
A 3% processing fee will be applied to the total rooms related charges.

Intern housing is available on a first-come, first-serve basis this year. Please reach out to our office via email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions regarding the intern housing options.
Please note, in order for your reservation to be confirmed, you must pay the amount owed at the end of registration.
