A limited amount of banner and kiosk space is available in the Pryzbyla Center and may be used by Catholic University departments, offices, and recognized student organizations.
This is an excellent resource for advertising programs, promoting an event, or sharing information with the University community. We are happy to help you create and print these banners and posters.
Assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis and space is not reservable. Please contact your ECS point of contact for reserving kiosk space and Office of Housing Services, cua-printing@cua.edu for reserving banner space.
Banners and posters are approved if they are of general interest to a significant portion of the university community, are consistent with the mission of the university and follow established university policies. Banners and posters may be brought to 125 Pryzbyla Center (within the Housing Services Office) for approval and placement. Under some circumstances, banner and kiosk locations may be moved to better meet the needs of the community.
In accordance with University policy, event organizers are required to place an accessibility notice statement in the materials announcing the event, including banners and posters. The text should include the name of a person to contact with regard to accommodations. Event organizers are required to ensure all materials for the event are available to be put in an alternative format upon request.
Suggested statement: "Please contact___________ (event organizer) at _____(phone or e-mail) at least one week prior to the event to request disability accommodations. In all situations, a good faith effort (up until the time of the event) will be made to provide accommodations."
If you have any questions, please contact the Office of Housing Services at 202-319-5615 or email: cua-printing@cua.edu
