Catholic University registered student organizations and members of faculty or staff may reserve a table in the Pryzbyla Center or Garvey Hall for a scheduled time slot.

Because of the limited space available, groups may use only one table during a given day, although they may request to reserve two time slots per day based on availability. A maximum of two chairs will be provided at each table. Laptop computers will also be available for reservation.

Tabling spaces in the Pryzbyla Center (Pryzbyla Center Tables) and Garvey Hall (Garvey Hall Tables) can be reserved through the Office of Events and Conference Services. A tabling request must be submitted via 25Live Pro at least 3 (three) business days prior to the first date requested. Tabling consists of one table (6'x18") and two chairs.

Requesting a Tabling Space

Tabling spaces are requested through the 25Live Pro event space scheduling system. Search for tabling locations under Event Locations in 25Live Pro under the subheading Pryzbyla Center Tables or Garvey Hall Tables. For external organizations, please email to Office of Events and Conference Services at cua-conferences@cua.edu for tabling spaces.

There are 8 (eight) spaces available for tabling on the second floor of the Pryzbyla Center and 4 (four) spaces for tabling on the first floor of Garvey Hall. Tables can also be made available on the first floor of the Pryzbyla Center or on the Pryz Patio, as requested.

All organizations are allowed to reserve one table at a time and up to 2 (two) tabling time slots per day. Our goal is to maximize the number of organizations utilizing table space. An organization is limited to the space of the table and chairs, and to the table identified and labeled for said organization by Events and Conference Services staff.

The Pryzbyla Center tabling times for groups are offered in 4 (four) time slots:

  • 8:00 am - 11:00 am
  • 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
  • 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
  • 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Garvey Hall tabling times for groups are offered in 3 (three) time slots:

  • 8:00 am - 11:00 am
  • 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
  • 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Staff must approve any off-campus vendor before a table space can be scheduled. A vendor application is required along with appropriate vending and liability insurance licenses, a list of references, and a sample of their merchandise. Because of limited space, usually only one table per vendor is available and may be scheduled for three consecutive working days. A fee of $50 or 15 percent of gross sales, whichever is greater, is charged per day. There is no charge to university organizations or departments distributing campus-related materials or selling items such as baked goods, plants, buttons, balloons, etc. for approved fundraising. Information distribution is also subject to the Posting Policy available on the university policy page.
