Check-In

You may check-in to your intern housing between 3:00pm and 10:00pm Check-in will take place at the Information Desk in the Edward J. Pryzbyla University Center.  Please see map attached. 
You will be greeted by a student staff assistant and issued key(s) to your room and a building access card (if applicable). 

Catholic University Information

Throughout your stay on campus, a staff assistant will be available to help you with your needs. The Pryzbyla Center Information Desk is staffed daily 7:30am to 10:00pm during summer 2024. 
After the normal operating hours, please call the Information Desk at 202-319-5200 for assistance. If you plan to arrive after 10:00pm, please call the Information Desk at least 24 hours before you arrive so that we may have the appropriate staff available to assist.

Interns must adhere to the Intern housing rules and the University Policies where applicable, should they wish to reside on the campus. Please contact the Information Desk if you have any questions regarding these policies.

Early Check-in or Extending your stay

If you wish to arrive early before the first check-in date of summer 2024, Sunday, May 12, 2024 or extend your stay past the final check-out date of summer 2024, Sunday, August 11, 2024, please contact the Office of Events and Conference Services at 202-319-5291 or via email at cua-summer@cua.edu. Requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.
