Cost
The cost of a large format print job depends upon the size and type of media, the amount of ink used and any extra costs for specialized service. File set-up, booklet set-up or file manipulation/correction as needed, will be charged at $15/hr. The minimum charge to print is $5.00.

Standard turnaround is 3 days depending on workload, quantity and complexity. Please call to consult about RUSH requests. If schedule permits, we will accept RUSH orders for an additional $15 (next day), $30 (same day).
Banners to be hung on the railing, will be printed using vinyl only. Rush service is dependent upon workload and may not always be available. Please call to discuss your project.
Note: Banners to be hung on the railing are placed based on space availability. Specific locations cannot be reserved. If a specific location is available at the time your banner is ready to be hung, we are happy to accommodate your request but we do not accept reservations for specific spaces.
Color Copies
We also offer B/W and color copy services. Including flyers, booklets and cards. Please note: files that are larger or more complex that may require longer than normal printing time will be charged in addition to the regular costs. Multi-page booklet files require longer than usual print times will result in additional costs. Please call for a quote.

Copies can be completed in 3 business days or less, dependent upon workload, quantity and complexity. Rush Service is available (1 day or same day) for an extra fee of $15.00 (next day-$30.00 same day) as schedule allows. Please confirm rush services before requesting. The minimum charge to print is $5.00. Booklet set-up or file manipulation is charged at $15/hr.
We have a variety of paper stock offerings and can order custom paper stock with ample lead time. Please contact us for a price quote specific to your project at cua-printing@cua.edu. Please confirm stock availability to allow ample time to order if needed.
In accordance with university policy, event organizers are required to place an accessibility notice statement in the materials announcing the event, including banners and posters. The text should include the name of a person to contact with regard to accommodations. Event organizers are required to ensure all materials for the event are available to be put in an alternative format upon request.
Suggested statement: "Please contact___________ (event organizer) at _____(phone or e-mail) at least one week prior to the event to request disability accommodations. In all situations, a good faith effort (up until the time of the event) will be made to provide accommodations."
